NEW PUBLIC PIAZZA IN BELFAST
Project Designer: John Smylie (member of INTBAU), partner with architects WDR &RT Taggart
Developer: Turnus Limited, a joint venture between CUSP Limited and the Kennedy Group

The project,adjacent to Belfast's St. Anne's Cathedral, includes the creation of a new open public piazza, niche retail outlets, cafes/restaurants, 135 apartments, a 150-bed hotel, a multi-storey car park and an office block
